Cancellation and Refund Policy for Backlit Neon
Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@backlitneon.com with your order number in the subject line.
- If the order has already been dispatched, simply refuse to accept it and inform us via email.
- Please note that personalized product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed. If you still wish to cancel, design charges may apply and be deducted from the prepaid amount, if applicable.
Return Policy:
- We offer easy and hassle-free returns for non-personalized products. To initiate a return, please contact our team within 7 working days of receiving your package.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately.
- Certain products (such as socks, hoodies, eye masks, etc.) that involve personal hygiene are not eligible for return. This will be indicated on the respective product pages.
- Returns are not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
Refund Policy:
- For online paid orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the same payment source used for the order.
- For COD orders, you will need to provide your bank account details, and the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation. Alternatively, refunds can also be processed via Paynow.
