Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized orders may take longer, depending on design complexity.

Shipping Times and Methods:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days domestically, 10-15 business days internationally.
• Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, 2-3 business days domestically, 5-7 business days internationally.

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on shipping method and destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value.

Tracking Orders:

• Confirmation email with tracking number provided once the order is shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
